The hospitality at this hotel was really good!

We faced several disappointing issues. The reception staff seemed overwhelmed and were unable to control noisy guests late at night. It took ages for someone to respond to our calls to the emergency number-a four-star hotel should never lack 24-hour assistance.

We enjoyed a beautiful view from our Beautiful Mountain View room and had the perfect place to unwind in the hot tub. Visiting Yala National Park was a highlight, just a short distance away. Highly recommend the outdoor BBQ night-such great food and a chill vibe. Perfect for exploring local trails!

One morning, breakfast was a bit disappointing as there were numerous sweet pastries, and I would have preferred a bit more variety. Minor maintenance like the flickering bedside lamp could be addressed for an even better experience.
